Experience........ Networking........ Fun.............. Phi Sigma Pi allows you to join a fraternity and work with people that share a common interest to improve the community, campus and yourself. Phi Sigma Pi is structured in such a way, through our values of scholarship, leadership and fellowship, that you can find support for any altruistic endeavor. It will also introduce to the way things are structure in the business world. Each semester we start with goals and work with our brothers through committees and meetings to make them happen. These will all be experiences that you can carry with you into future careers. Phi Sigma Pi will also give you a network of friends that you can count on to be there for you. We call ourselves brothers because we're more than friends. We support each other in all aspects of life. We work together through all the struggles of organizing events and the business of running a fraternity and it brings us closer. Not only do you have a network of friends on campus but Phi Sigma Pi is a National Fraternity. We have 100 chapters nation wide which means thousands of brothers and hundreds of thousands of alumni. This also means that Phi Sigma Pi is known, the letters carry meaning, they will not just be some letters on resume. Employers, if they have not heard of us, can find out purpose and what our fraternity does on a national level. The best part is that even though it sounds like a lot of work it's all fun because your doing it with friends. Cleaning up garbage along a highway is a good time even in the rain. Every event, be it service, fundraising or risk management, is a social event. The friends you make here last a life time and experiences will never be forgotten.

Yes. Phi Sigma Pi is a National Honors Fraternity not a social fraternity. We do not mandate that you can only join one Greek society. Phi Sigma Pi actually encourages it's members to become as well rounded as their curriculum allows. The college experience only happens once and it is important to take as much away from that as you can.

No, Phi Sigma Pi does not haze. Because we are a National Honors Fraternity we are recognized around the country as being a professional Fraternity, therefore there is absolutely NO hazing involved in the initiation period.

We are built on three values, Scholarship, Leadership and Fellowship. These three values are shared in equal parts to create what we call a tripod. Hidden in these values is a dedication to service as well since it encompasses all three. This allows you to make your Phi Sigma Pi experience unique. It allows you to concentrate on what interests you. If you are interested in the camaraderie then join the social committee and help create social events to bring us all closer together. You can become a leader through one of the many officer positions that are available. You can find a way to get the experience you need for your major, that you will be able to use for the rest of your career.

It means that we have chapters all across the nation connecting you to an enormous network of individuals. There are currently 100 Chapters nation wide and we are continuing to grow. Not only are we all across the nation but with that many chapters we are known throughout the nation. The name Phi Sigma Pi is one that gets recognized anywhere you might travel or want to live in the future.
